Become a Dealer
Complete our Dealer Application
If you would like to become a dealer with DC Power Systems, please complete and submit our online dealer application.
What Happens After I Submit a Dealer Application
| 1. | After you have e-signed and submitted the dealer application, you will receive an email from EchoSign that contains a PDF copy of your dealer application. |
| 2. | Your application will be processed in approximately one (1) to five (5) business days. When completed, you will receive an email from DC Power Systems that contains contact information for the sales representative that has been assigned to your account. |
| 3. | If you filled out the "Dealer Login Information" section of the dealer application, a dealer login account will be created for you. This will give you access to our Dealer Website where you can obtain pricing, access Design Request Forms, create quotes and orders, and more. Your dealer login account will be created approximately one (1) to five (5) business days after your dealer application has been processed. You will receive an email from DC Power Systems when your account is ready. |
Complete our Credit Application (Optional)
If you would like to establish a line of credit with DC Power Systems, you may also complete our credit application. Credit applications received without the completion of a dealer application (or without one already on file) will not be processed.
Dealer Login Website
DC Power Systems provides an additional resource to our dealers -- the Dealer Login Website. This website has an online catalog and allows you to create quotes and orders. You can also access useful tools, such as:
- Price Lists
- Design Request Forms
- Financing Program details and forms
- Carry Grant and Rebate Assignment Program details and forms
- Customer Service Section
- Solar and/or wind RFPs that you can pursue
- View or download our price list
- And more....
In order to obtain a login to our dealer website, you must first be approved as a dealer. If you are an existing dealer, you can create a login at: http://www.dcpower-systems.com/dealer/register.aspx. If you want to become a dealer and obtain a dealer login, see the "Becoming a Dealer" section above.
Report (RMA) Form
If you receive an item you didn't order, or you need to return an item you have received, use our online report form.
Will Call Policy
DC Power is here to provide our customers with excellent customer service. Part of that goal includes making the time spent picking up orders at our warehouses as quick and seamless as possible. In order to provide timely order processing and pick up of product for will-calls at our warehouse locations, please see the guidelines in our Will Call Policy.
